We have 2 membership tiers to choose from:
- Glow Up Club Membership – $50/month (minimum 6 month commitment, unless upgrading to VIP Plus Membership) – After your 5th visit you receive a complimentary Express Facial (30 minutes duration).
- Glow Up Club VIP Plus Membership – $100/month (minimum 6 month commitment) – After your 5th visit you receive a complimentary Microneedling AND a complimentary Deluxe Facial (60 minutes duration). This VIP tier also rewards you with an exclusive discount of 10% off all services (except for Botox, which would be $10/unit instead of $11/unit).
100% of the membership fees that you pay will be applied to your services. Once you receive your rewards, the cycle starts over again and you can keep working your way up to receiving complimentary services again and again for as long as you choose to stay a Glow Up Club member.
How do you join the Glow Up Club? Click the button below to download a copy of our contract, print it and fill it out (selecting your preferred Tier), making sure to initial each point and sign at the bottom. Next, set your appointment with us either on our Booking Site, or by calling/texting PH: 801-616-7011. Bring a signed copy of your Glow Up Club Contract with you to your appointment to save time on paperwork, or we also have copies of the contract that can be filled out in office if needed.
