How do I book an appointment?
Text or call 801-616-7011 for any questions regarding our services or to book an appointment. You can also use our BOOKING SITE if you already know what appointment you would like to book.
Do you have a referral reward system?
Yes! We love referrals so much that we want to incentivize our clients sharing our services with their loved ones. We give a $20 discount off your next appointment if a friend or family member books and attends an appointment due to word of mouth from you.
What are your hours?
Refine Medical Spa is open Monday – Friday from 6am-7:30pm. On Saturdays we operate from 9 am-12pm, by Appointment only.
Can I film my appointment?
We do not allow cameras inside our treatment rooms except at one point in the service to take before and after photos. This protects the privacy of our staff and respects our education and craft. We do allow filming if it is for authorized promotion of our spa.
Do you have flexibility in rescheduling appointments?
We have flexibility with rescheduling, but we do ask that you let us know at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment if you need to reschedule an appointment. Appointments that are cancelled late or missed appointments will be charged a fee of 75% of the missed service. This must be paid before another appointment can be scheduled.
Can I bring my kids/friends?
Our spa is not childproof and we do not have a childcare specialist on staff. We ask that for the relaxation of all clients and staff in the spa that you arrange for childcare during your appointment. Older children/ spouses/ friends are allowed in the spa during the appointment and may wait in our lobby quietly. We do have a smart TV for their convenience.

We have been in business since 2018 and kept the same staff members employed the whole time. Our expertise has been earned thanks to many hours of education and years of practice on our loyal clients. We cannot thank you enough for booking with us!

Amazing Experience

Great Results
Absolutely outstanding service! I purchased a series of 6 microneedling treatments and loved every treatment. I saw great improvement in my skin and felt all the aestheticians I saw were thoughtful and caring about giving me the best treatments possible. They were communicative and collaborative during and after the treatments and carefully tracked my progress. They really showed an interest in my concerns and were responsive and helpful. Plus they always made sure I was comfortable (even making sure I liked the music we listened to!). I really can’t recommend them enough.
